You’ve worked hard, climbed the Leaderboard, and earned some extra money this month. Don’t know how to claim your cash? Don’t worry, it’s simple!

Step 1: Open the app and navigate to the Leaderboard:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2: Click on “My Earnings”:

Step 3: Click on “Claim your Cash”:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 4: Fill out the form to confirm your information. Within 1-2 days, you should receive an email with your digital check.

Keep in mind: 

You should only fill out the form ONCE. Please double check that ALL of your information is filled in correctly so we can get your cash quickly and easily!

Cashing Your Digital Check

Within a day or two of submitting the form, you’ll receive an email with the subject line “Worthee, Inc. has sent a Digital Check”. This email will have a photo of your check, but this is NOT your check.

Click the button, shown circled in the image above, that says “Click here to deposit or print this check.” 

You will then be asked to choose between three options:

  1. Digitally cash the check
  2. Print and deposit
  3. Physical check mailed to you

You must choose ONE option, and after choosing you cannot change your choice.

  • If you choose “Deposit Online”,  follow the instructions from checkbook.io and create an account to get the check deposited to your debit card or to your online banking app. You can then use the account every time you recieve a check.
  • If you choose ”Print and Deposit Check”, a PDF will open of your actual check that you can print and deposit as usual.
  • If you choose “Mail Check”, you must enter your full mailing address. This option can take up to 30 days, so please be patient.

Claimed your cash and you still haven’t received it?

Please reach out to hi@worthee.com and let us know your email, your full name, and the phone number on your account. Keep in mind that you’re only allowed to claim cash for one user and one account. We cannot send multiple users’ checks to the same person, for security purposes.

How long do you have to claim your cash?

90 days— Make sure you have claimed your cash within the 90 day period after the end of the month. After that, you can no longer submit the form and therefore get no cash. 🙁
