Lifeline
If your income is 135% or less of the federal poverty line, or if you participate in a number of federal assistance programs, you may be eligible for this federally-funded program. You can see if you’re eligible and how much you could save here.
EveryoneOn
EveryoneOn is a non-profit dedicated to connecting people with low-cost offers for Internet. They usually can present offers for Internet between $10 and $20 a month. Use their search tool here.
